resume cover letter is an important part of someone applying for a job. It is the responsibility of a job applicant to carefully craft resume and cover letter, which carries a positive message about the hiring manager qualifications, experience and skills of job applicants.

* Under the final word type job applicant's name and leave enough space for the signature above it.
* While sending a letter via regular mail to sign with a blue ink pen, if you will be faxed to sign with a black ink pen, and when the email type your full name.
